9. Based on how you use the platform, your browsing history and historical orders, send and provide you with personalized marketing and advertising content that we think you will be interested in (if you are a seller or a user of the "Ali seller" App, this section will not apply to you);
10. Conduct surveys or statistical analysis to improve the content and layout of the platform, as well as the product offerings and services on the Snail International website, such as using anonymous data for machine learning purposes;
