Article 7 [Prerequisites for Registration]

Article 8 [Member Type]

International station membership types: Merchant members (including silver members, platinum members, masonry members), free members.


Article 9 [Registration Specifications]

Members should register an account on the International Station in their own name, and must not engage in the following behaviors:

Article 10 [Multiple accounts]

Members may apply for registration of multiple accounts with the approval of Global Station due to reasonable and normal business needs, but shall not use multiple accounts to circumvent the normal market control of Global Station or implement acts that violate the principle of good faith or damage the legitimate rights and interests of other members.


Article 11 [Account Use]

Members should properly keep their account and password information. All operations performed through a registered account and a set password are regarded as the member's own behavior, and the corresponding responsibilities and consequences are borne by the member.


Article 12 [Account transfer]

 The account can only be used by the main body of the member. Without the prior review and consent of the international station, the member shall not transfer, lend or authorize a third party to use the account.


Article 13 [Improper Registration]

Members are not allowed to use software, programs and other cheating methods to register accounts including batch registration, which will hinder the normal operation order of the international station (hereinafter referred to as "improper registration"). For the improperly registered accounts found in the investigation, the international website will take control measures such as restricting login, additional identity verification, restricting the use of product functions, and directly canceling, depending on the degree of harm.


Article 14 [Account Security]

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of members, once the international station discovers (or has reason to suspect that there will be) data abnormalities or potential security risks in account operations, including but not limited to IP address abnormalities, information leakage, information being picked up, and information being illegally used, etc. In the event that the interests of members or the platform are endangered, International Station has the right to refuse to provide corresponding services and/or take control measures on related accounts.

Article 16 [Account Cancellation]

The platform only supports the cancellation of free member accounts or the downgrading of paid members to free members, all of the following conditions must be met:


1. There is no order in progress (including orders in progress, excluding closed orders), and the order completion time exceeds 180 days;


2. No outstanding foreign trade service market orders;

1. Do not publish information suspected of fraud;


2. Do not publish external website or application information that may pose transaction risks, harm the interests of the platform, or hinder the normal operation of platform services, including but not limited to publishing external websites in communication, product details, store pages, live broadcasts, short videos, etc. or APP name, hyperlink, QR code and other information;


3. Do not publish information that is inconsistent with the actual situation;


4. Do not publish viruses, files, computer codes or programs that cause harm to the platform and platform users;

Article 18 [Publishing Behavior]

Section 3 Transactions

Article 19 [Online Transaction]

The International Station supports members (respectively as buyers and sellers) to conduct online cross-border goods sales and transactions through the online trading system and related technical services provided by the International Station (hereinafter collectively referred to as "online transactions"). Article 20 [Integrity Performance]

In order to maintain an honest trading environment and a healthy and orderly market order on the platform, the International Station has the right to deal with violations of the principle of good faith, improper transactions, abnormal performance, false performance and other transaction violations. The International Station will control and punish illegal accounts based on the information obtained through active verification or member reports, and reserves the right to recover the rights and interests of the website improperly obtained by the illegal account and to recover the loss of the website.


Article 21 [Dispute Mediation]

In the event of a dispute or dispute arising during an online transaction, the buyer and the seller should first resolve it through friendly negotiation. Article 27 [Penalty Methods]

The International Station adopts two violation punishment methods according to the type of violation: accumulative point deduction penalty and accumulative time-counting penalty. Corresponding punishments will be implemented according to the points and accumulative counting points of members’ violations. Article 28 [Duration of Validity]

The accumulative point deduction and accumulative counting times are calculated based on the behavior year. Each violation point and counting time will be recorded for 365 days. Any violation points and counting times of members will start from the date of the deduction or counting time It will be cleared after one year, except for members who have deducted more than 48 points or have accumulated more than three serious intellectual property infringements, resulting in account closure.


Article 29 [Punishment Measures]

The general punishment measures adopted by the International Station for violating members include serious warnings, delisting, deletion, downgrading, restriction, and account closure. Regulation.


Serious warning: Refers to the international station warning and warning users that their behavior has constituted a violation by means of phone calls, text messages, and emails, and they should be rectified immediately. Article 31 [Appeal]

Members can appeal against the control or punishment measures made by the international station, and the international station can open the punishment online appeal portal according to the situation. Members should initiate appeals and submit proofs within the prescribed time limit.


If the appeal is established, the control or punishment measures will be revoked; if the appeal is not made within the time limit or the appeal is not established, the control or punishment measures will be maintained.


Section 2 Types of Violations and Disposal

Article 32 [Illegal release of information]

Article 34 [Violation of Prohibited and Restricted Sales]

Members who publish content information that violates the prohibition and restriction rules will be punished in accordance with the "Snail International Station Prohibition and Restriction Rules".


Article 35 [Product quality violations]

If the products released and sold by members on the international station do not meet the product quality regulations, laws and technical standards of the country of sale, or there are other serious quality problems, the international station will accept reports, complaints, government announcements, active investigation of product information, and physical sampling inspection. and other means to monitor and control and punish in accordance with relevant rules.


Article 36 [Transaction violations]

Members who have violations in trading activities will be punished in accordance with the "Snail International Station Trading Violation Punishment Rules".


Article 37 [Malicious Harassment]

If a member uses bad means to harass, humiliate, intimidate others, and harm the legitimate rights and interests of others, the international station will take punishments such as warning, point deduction, authority restriction and direct closure of the account according to the severity of the case.


Article 38 [Corrupt Practices]

If members increase their product sales or transaction volume through malicious collusion, counterfeiting and other improper means, and obtain website member points, business opportunity matching, marketing resource allocation, star level promotion, and credit accumulation, the international station has the right to immediately cancel or take back relevant rights and interests. , according to the severity of the circumstances, punishments such as warnings, point deduction, account closure, and restriction of participation in marketing activities will be taken against members. Article 39 [Commercial Bribery]

Members provide property, free entertainment, loans, or business opportunities to the staff, agents and/or their affiliates of the International Station to seek benefits or intend to seek benefits by improper means, regardless of whether the benefits are actually obtained, the International Station has the right to close down immediately depending on the situation All accounts of members (including associated accounts). If members who violate the rules have truthfully and proactively declared and/or truthfully and positively reported the situation, they will be given lighter or mitigated punishment as appropriate.


Article 40 [Dishonest behavior]

Members who do not abide by the principle of good faith, use deceit, false publicity, malicious misleading, fraud, malicious breach of contract, unfair competition, abuse of member rights, fraud, coercion and other illegal means to obtain benefits or attack competitors, the state shallThe website has the right to take punishment measures such as warnings, deducting points, and closing accounts according to the circumstances of its violations, and all losses caused by this shall be borne by the users themselves.


If a member is suspected of carrying out the above-mentioned acts, the website has the right to immediately suspend the relevant services, and investigate and verify by itself or through a third party, and the member should actively cooperate; if the member refuses to cooperate with the investigation and verification, the website has the right to unilaterally terminate the relevant services.


If a member commits dishonest behavior and/or truthfully actively reports, the International Station will give a lighter or mitigated punishment as appropriate.
